I have been using this salt for about 3 years now. It never lets you down in flavour. I have shared this salt with various friends and they have joined The Fermentalist family. We often order as a group and delivery has been exceedingly prompt.

As yet we have only tried the Cilli salt on a roast lamb,yes Five stars! Well the other, the Hot sauce another five stars. Mix this sauce into mayo and it becomes what ever you want to use it on!
This stuff is so good on eggs, pizza etc. Do yourself a favour and add it to your order.
Purchased this at Sydney Royal Easter show, did not disappoint! Tastes good with just bread or over pizza. Haven’t tried it with anything else yet but it’s a winner in our house!
I recently went to the Easter show and bought a jar, I put it on some dumplings I made and it was so yummy! It has a little kick to it and the garlic is just amazing!
Not exaggerating, but Huy Fong Foods Sriracha should be scared. This is my favourite hot sauce, no, I’m not joking!
With just the right amount of zing, this delicious mix gives omelettes, fish, chicken, and pastas just the right amount of chilli hit and flavour. I am so glad I found this at a market and expanded the experience with online purchases. I'm sure the flavours would work well on meat too, I just don't each red meat. buy it, you'll not be disappointed.

i have, for a very long time, explored hundreds of chilli/hot sauces and wish The Fermentalists were there from day one.
the Reaper IS hot (and should be) but it’s depth of flavour and it’s fruity aftertaste are up there at the top of the flavour tree.

Bought the mixed pack after purchasing the Habanero tapenade as an impulse buy in a small country store loved it so much I ordered a mixed box (never done that before) they were all great. Favourite is still my original choice it has a great Smokey flavour and my adult sons have smashed all of the different options in the box and I have to hide it now 🤣
A spicy delight which goes with just about anything , just hot enough to add the zing !!
