We first found this product at the Royal Easter Show, it had an amazing effect on any dish it was added to! I use it for cooking and when things just need a lift, it's a great product.
Love it. Fantastic flavour that goes with everything without being overbearingly hot.
After having a quick taste test at the markets it seemed pretty hot (chilli wise) for me at the time but purchased two jars anyway, one for me and one for a Kris Kringle.
I love it on my salad, jacket potato, poached salmon, toastie...just a pinch is enough to enjoy the flavour each time and add a bit of zing to my food. I love the stuff. Well done, it's a beautiful blend of wonderful flavours.
