I absolutely love the products, I buy many of them regularly and always have stock in my pantry, but more than that I highly recommend the company for responding to emails quickly and efficiently sorting out my ordering issues. My adult children always raid my pantry when they visit and pick up supplies. The fermented chili salt and chilli oil are our current favourites.
We recently tried a fermented chilli sauce over oysters which inspired me to search for a fermented chilli sauce and when I found your Carolina’s and the fact that you have won medals at the Easter Show I had to try it. Ive been growing Carolinas for the past five years but am not game to try fermenting because I dare not risk them so its great that I can buy the chilli I love fermented and can then add extras to it.
