This is one of the most balanced and flavourful Hot Honey you can get in my opinion. Some either lean too heavy on the sweetness, or just full on whack you with straight chilli flavour. The use of habanero here gives a nice heat and also a really great fruitiness and well rounded flavour. Another solid product from the Fermentalists - we always have a bottle in the pantry ready to throw on pizza, toasties, or just about anything!
Addictive! Just wonderful added on any savoury dish! I have tried quite a few crunchy chilli oils and this is mine and my families favourite! Not a mouth burner but so full of flavour, that you keep coming back for more!
