A bit about the Reaper Hotsauce
Made with Carolina Reapers, famous for being the worlds hottest chilli, our Reaper Dripper is a sweet, naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. Before blending we soak the vinegar in toasted French oak barrel chips to create a brilliantly complex and deep flavour.

A bit about the Habanero Hotsauce
Fruity, with just a hint of American oak and garlic, our Habanero Dripper is a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated so as well as being tasty is full of beneficial bacteria. Before blending, we soak our organic vinegar in toasted American oak chips to create a brilliantly complex and deep flavour.

A bit about the Jalapeño Hotsauce
Vibrant and zesty with just a hint of French oak, our Jalapeño Dripper is
a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. We would call it a 3 out of 5 on the heat scale, but what it lacks in heat it makes up for in zesty flavour goodness.
