This Chilli product is not one that is designed solely to burn off your ring. There are beautiful sweet and smokey flavours and a distinct spicy scent that takes ownership of any dish to which you add this. It is definitely addictive, and I finished a jar within a month, even after using it sparingly. My wife bought me 9 more jars for Christmas.

We recently tried a fermented chilli sauce over oysters which inspired me to search for a fermented chilli sauce and when I found your Carolina’s and the fact that you have won medals at the Easter Show I had to try it. Ive been growing Carolinas for the past five years but am not game to try fermenting because I dare not risk them so its great that I can buy the chilli I love fermented and can then add extras to it. Im obsessed! I definitely recommend trying these and then putting them on absolutely everything. They add such an amazing flavour and it’s been an amazing way for me to add even more fermented foods into my diet. I recently bought the chilli jam and chilli oil to try too! I have to also thank them for their AMAZING customer service. I ordered about 6 jars and when it arrived one jar had unfortunately smashed and another had become un-vac sealed. They replaced both after my email and added a free hot honey! So kind of them and with no fuss! New fav condiment brand for sure.

The flavour is fantastic but not overbearing, so they seem to go with everything. Even ended up spooning them onto schnitzels for that extra zing. My new favourite condiment!
