We naturally fermented the best Aussie chillies to create this unique small batch take on the famous sriracha sauce. Perfect for adding that sriracha kick to soups, sauces or your next Chow Mein wonder dish.

A bit about the Jalapeño Hotsauce
Vibrant and zesty with just a hint of French oak, our Jalapeño Dripper is a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. We would call it a 3 out of 5 on the heat scale, but what it lacks in heat it makes up for in zesty flavour goodness.

This creates a deliciously rich and balanced chilli jam with just enough heat and the perfect level of sweetness to elevate every culinary experience.
