At The Fermentalists we are massive fans of flavour and Johnny Gio's Pizza so it just made sense that we got together to create a special Johnny Gio's custom hotsauce. Using naturally fermented chillies, this hotsauce is smokey and rich with a hint of sweetness that makes it seriously moreish.

We recommend dropping some on your next El Diablo or pouring some over your next Sammy the Butcher. Whatever your favourite, this one will take it to the next level.
