Our hand-made, small batch natural fermentation process:
The fermented chilli and garlic mash is blended with enough apple cider vinegar to provide a nice amount of heat without being crazy hot. Before blending the vinegar is soaked in toasted American oak barrel chips to add complexity and depth of flavour.
Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, Habanero chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, American oak.
Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.
