We naturally fermented the best Aussie chillies to create this unique small batch take on the famous sriracha sauce. Perfect for adding that sriracha kick to soups, sauces or your next Chow Mein wonder dish.

Our hand-made, small batch natural fermentation process:

We ferment our chilli and garlic mash for a minimum of 4 weeks, before blending them together with apple cider vinegar to create a brilliant complexity and depth of flavour. We keep the process and ingredients list simple, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted flavour of the amazing raw ingredients which have gone into this one.


Ingredients: Red chillies, apple cider vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, salt, xanthan gum

Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.

Really amazing products!

I made a box myself with all assorted chillies for my husband for Christmas, such an amazing gift! He loved it and we all can enjoy it together over the Christmas dinners. The quality its impressive and the flavours are out of this world! It goes with everything! I loved it so much that need to buy another box for a housewarming gift! The gift packaging is beautiful ❤️

Tons of flavor

Passed through town as a tourist aboard a cruise ship. Food aboard catered to people who liked bland I suppose. I needed some flavor dammit! We happened upon the shop and took a fancy to this Sriracha. Served me well for the rest of our cruise and now at home. People looking for super hot, this is not the one. Looking for flavor and a small amount of bite? This is the one. Our bottle is almost finished and I am bummed that I am so far away on a different continent that I will likely never get to have this again.

Unfortunately I can't consume anything with chilli but my husband is an addict to the stuff. So occasionally I surprise him with an order from The Fermentalists. Every product he has tried has been, and I quote "yum".
