This sauce is packed full of flavour and perfect for those that prefer a little less heat. The zestyness of Jalapeño peppers beautifully paired with the sweetness of naturally fermented kiwi fruit finished with cracked pepper.

Our hand-made, small batch natural fermentation process:

We ferment our chilli and garlic mash for a minimum of 4 weeks, before blending them together with apple cider vinegar to create a brilliant complexity and depth of flavour. We keep the process and ingredients list simple, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted flavour of the amazing raw ingredients which have gone into this one.

 

Ingredients: Jalapeño chilli, apple cider vinegar, water, kiwi fruit, Himalayan pink salt, brown sugar, lemon juice, pepper, xanthan gum

Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.

Best Jalapeño Sauce I’ve found

I’m a bit of a jalapeño fiend and love to pour green Tabasco all over my burrito. Those tiny bottles don’t go far and after coming across this I won’t go back. It’s mild, tangy with a little kick, delicious! . Wish I could buy in bulk.

This is a lovely sauce, it is not so hot that it burns your tongue, but just hot enough to add a little flavour to any meal, it is delicious, our family loves it.It starts with a slightly sour note, followed by a nice bit of heat, really lovely
