Why is this chilli jam so special you ask? Because we begin the process by naturally fermenting the very best Australian chillies, full stop. This creates a deliciously rich and balanced chilli jam with just enough heat and the perfect level of sweetness to elevate every culinary experience. Great for topping off fish, adding to a stir fry or just grab a spoon and dive in.

Our Smoked Garlic & Honey Habanero Hotsauce was created to bring out the natural sweetness of our habaneros. Married together with the rich flavours of smoked garlic and Australian honey, this hotsauce has a delicious medley of flavours which leave you wanting more.

A bit about the Habanero Hotsauce
Fruity, with just a hint of American oak and garlic, our Habanero Dripper is a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated so as well as being tasty is full of beneficial bacteria. Before blending, we soak our organic vinegar in toasted American oak chips to create a brilliantly complex and deep flavour.

A bit about the Jalapeño Hotsauce
Vibrant and zesty with just a hint of French oak, our Jalapeño Dripper is a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. We would call it a 3 out of 5 on the heat scale, but what it lacks in heat it makes up for in zesty flavour goodness.
