The Perfect Balance!!

This Chilli product is not one that is designed solely to burn off your ring. There are beautiful sweet and smokey flavours and a distinct spicy scent that takes ownership of any dish to which you add this. It is definitely addictive, and I finished a jar within a month, even after using it sparingly. My wife bought me 9 more jars for Christmas.

Love the fermented chillies - so delicious - especially with a Napoli pasta or on pizza. Always have to have it in the house :)
