a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. We would call it a 3 out of 5 on the heat scale, but what it lacks in heat it makes up for in zesty flavour goodness.

The fermented chilli and garlic mash are blended with apple cider vinegar that has been soaked in French oak chips to add a brilliant complexity and depth of flavour. We keep the process and ingredients list simple, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted flavour of the Jalapeños.
Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, Jalapeño chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, French oak.
Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.
