We have joined forces with the legends over at Killa Jerky Co. to produce this 100% A-grade Australian beef jerky. Marinated in our own naturally fermented Habanero hotsauce, this preservative free jerky gives a little kick of heat, and a whole heap of delicious.

How was the sauce made?
The fermented chilli and garlic mash is blended with enough apple cider vinegar to provide a nice amount of heat without being crazy hot. Before blending the vinegar is soaked in toasted American oak barrel chips to add complexity and depth of flavour.
Ingredients: Aussie beef, GF soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Manuka honey, spices, habanero chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, American oak.
A quick heads up, this one contains soy. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight (if you don't eat it in the one sitting).
